    Giving 1 star is more then I wish to give. I've been an Island Savings member for over 10 years. Move to Nanaimo, and I cannot believe how slow this bank is!! Spending my entire lunch breaks waiting for service is not acceptable. Will be looking at other banking institutions .

    Island Savings is so friendly and has the best chequing account!!! Cydney is also very helpful if you need a financial advisor!!!

    Uses foreign owned credit corporations report to determine if you can be a member with a basic Canadian bank account. Stop volunteering our personal Canadian banking records to American owned corporations
