    If you are a senior citizen and have difficulty standing for a few minutes due to arthritic knees, I strongly suggest you avoid this branch. Yes,there are two chairs available, but you'll lose your turn in line. Saturday is the worst day. Waited over a half hour to be served by unapologetic staff. Never again!!

    RBC randomly closed an account by mistake. I've been on multiple phone calls for hours over the last week with customer service and managers and to no luck. They say they'll do everything they can but when I call back the direct lines they gave me... no one answers. I've emailed and phoned. Please do not bank with them if you can avoid it. i've been with them for 30 years but this is unacceptable. Time for a change. Glad I didn't get my mortgage for them.

    I just had a phone conversation with Agyapal from the Nanaimo branch - he provided a fantastic service, helped me with my query in a speedy manner and even informed me about additional services available to me at no cost. A fantastic service - thanks RBC!
