    Never had an issue with the food or drink quality here either. A good location, clean and well staffed.

    I prefer this location over the one closer to the ferry. Not entirely sure why but likely because they are usually faster to get my order done.

    I like the caramel latte and the sour cream glazed donut, but most of the hot drinks are too sweet or too strong for me, and most of the donuts are too sweet. The chili is quite good, with lots of vegetables in it.

    Love timmies steeped tea. This particular location is definitely the best in Nanaimo. In the mornings, the long lineup goes super fast, the staff is courteous, and the error count is really low.

    I only went here because Mc Donald's was closed and I wanted a hot beverage. The service is 1 star and the food is always wrong, not fresh or cold.

    I like to rate Timmy's solely on the basis of cleanliness and friendliness, given product is basically the same. This was very clean and very friendly ... even the parking lot was in tidy condition. Like any Timmy's, go at a busy time and you will need to wait ... no exception here.
