    Terrible business and terrible organization. They don't call when they say they will and will not return calls if you leave one. Absolutely horrible service.

    They will give you the run around in order to save pennies, they will not honour any active promotion. They will even as far as say, "we will review your call to our call centre and investigate" all this to discredit the customer.

    I went into this branch today, handed the teller the debit card requesting to withdrawal money and close the account. Not once was I asked for my name, ID or to enter in the pin. I closed that account without ANY verification! I cannot believe that it only took handing him a debit card. Seriously?

    Worst customer service ever, they don't give a dam about you. Watch out for service fees they will rob you blind!
