  I Have had great service at this gym. The staff have been super helpful with all my questions. The trainers have always been available to wander a quick question for me, and really helped me learn some stuff that I was unsure of. Over all I have really enjoyed this gym and the price is really reasonable for some one like myself that is a student and really doesn’t want to pay an arm and a leg to go to a gym haha.

  I've never been a gym person. I have always felt very intimidated and uncomfortable waking into them. The ladies at VI fitness were very helpful and made sure they made me comfortable. It has a welcoming atmosphere with no pressure. Great, easy to use equipment and staff is ready to help with anything. The memberships have a ton of bonuses such as free training sessions to get you started.

  My second attempt at leaving a review, the gym is quite clean and the equipment is modern. Shame the TV's don't work on the bikes. Would be nice to watch world news versus Calgary, and having the food network on seems a tad mean...Staff has always been welcoming.
