    Customer service is hard to find these days the exception is Home Hardware, always a pleasure to visit their store .

    Great store. Super helpful, friendly knowledgeable staff. Great location in central Nanaimo, with easy parking! Prices are similar to Home Depot or any other big box hardware stores. I'll be shopping there again tomorrow !! :-)
