Best selection of brand name frames. One hour optical. Full warranty. And a nice bright store

Our HD lenses came with factory markings on the lenses that created blurry spots while wearing them. When asked about it the employees stated that all HD lenses have had that for 3+ years. Which is odd as I have HD lenses from septmeber 2015 with out such markings.

Undeniably & undoubtedly the best place for Oakleys! Been an O-guy for over a decade now and lenscrafters got this brand and more! The selection is great BUT what makes this location stand out and BEST among the rest is their excellent customer service! Hats off to ERIKA and her team for always delivering the best customer experience and these guys know how to take care of their patrons!

The women at the front as well as the manager were very cold.

Again when questioned about it we were informed that they all came like that, although we were never told that when we got them sent back. The staff was very unpleasent to deal with and that includes the manager.

We were treated as though we were a nuisance. We will not be returning and hope that others will take from our horrendous experience.

Nice store with a lot of selection. Staff seemed nice. Only downside is their pricing...much higher than other stores in the mall and significantly higher than online. My wife and I wear 1.74 high index lenses and we were ordering two pairs of glasses. They wanted $434 for each pair of lenses, and then the frame was on top of that. With frames, our bill would have come to $1387. I got the same pairs at Visions Optical for $830, same brands and lenses. Online would have been about $700 but I wanted to buy in store so I would have a point of contact if there was issues once we received them.

p.s i will be honest, this is the second time i break my glasses in Nanaimo without having a spare. This was the only place in town that under 24 hours accomplished the impossible and i can see again:)
